Salmon with Mustard 3 Ways

 I couldn’t pick just one of these to share - because they are each that delicious! Each one of these three salmon recipes are so simple and have similar techniques. Yet, they all taste unique! Everything Salmon

Yields: 4 servings

Total Time: 35 minutes

Ingredients: 

  • Organically raised scottish salmon (deboned with skin removed), cut into four 8 ounce filets. 

  • 8 teaspoons of dijon mustard

  • 4 teaspoons of honey

  • The juice of ½ a lemon

  • 4 tablespoons of Everything Bagel Seasoning

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 425º F.

  • In a small bowl mix together the mustard and honey.

  • Place salmon filets onto a 9 by 13 baking dish and squeeze lemon juice evenly onto the top of them. Spoon the mustard glaze over the salmon and then spread Everything Bagel Seasoning over the glaze evenly and pat down so they stick to the salmon. 

  • Place in the middle rack of the oven and cook for 25 minutes.

Brown Sugar Salmon

Yields: 4 servings

Total Time: 35 minutes


Ingredients: 

  • Organically raised scottish salmon (deboned with skin removed), cut into four 8 ounce filets. 

  • 4 tablespoons of packed brown sugar

  • 4 tablespoons of dijon mustard

  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • ½ teaspoon of black pepper

  • 4 tablespoons of sesame seeds

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 425º F.

  • In a small bowl mix together the brown sugar, mustard, salt, and pepper. 

  • Place salmon filets onto a 9 by 13 baking dish and evenly spoon the mustard glaze onto the top of the filet’s. Spread sesame seeds evenly over the filet’s and pat down so they stick to the salmon. 

  • Place in the middle rack of the oven and cook for 25 minutes.

Panko Salmon

Yields: 4 servings

Total Time: 35 minutes

Ingredients: 

  • Organically raised scottish salmon (deboned with skin removed), cut into four 8 ounce filets. 

  • 6 tablespoons of dijon mustard

  • 1 cup of panko breadcrumbs

  • ½ teaspoon of black pepper

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 425º F.

  • In a small bowl mix together the mustard and pepper. 

  • Place salmon filets onto a 9 by 13 baking dish and evenly spoon the mustard onto the top of them. Spread breadcrumbs evenly over the mustard and pat down so they stick to the salmon. 

  • Place in the middle rack of the oven and cook for 25 minutes.
