Can't Taste The Greens Green Smoothie

This filling and thick green smoothie is the perfect way to start your morning. The mango and banana give the smoothie a bright and tropical taste while the spinach and kale give you vitamins and health benefits. There was a point over quarantine where I would have this every morning for a month, it’s that good!

Yields: 2 servings

Total Time: 10 minutes


Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ large bananas

  • ½ cup of frozen mango

  • 2 cups of spinach, packed

  • 1 cup of kale, packed

  • 1 cup of coconut water

  • 1 small handful of ice cubes

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

  • If the smoothie is too thick and doesn’t fully blend, add more coconut water.
